Couple Therapy

Couple Therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes each, though many couples prefer longer sessions.

50 minute sessions are $200; 80 minute sessions are $225. 

I accept private pay for sessions with couples.

Individual Therapy (for teens or adults)

Individual Therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes each. Sessions are $150 and we typically meet weekly, although I'm happy to discuss other frequencies.

For individual sessions, I accept private pay or Providence Health Plan.

A few final thoughts...

I primarily accept private-pay clients (I am in-network with Providence), which means that our work together isn't dictated by insurance companies' requirements. Instead, we can meet for as many sessions as feels helpful and our time together can be directed by your hopes and goals. Therapy is a financial investment and I don't take that lightly, but I believe there is nothing more important than finding contentment and ease within yourself and within your relationships. 

Many, but not all, insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network mental health providers. This depends upon your insurance provider and your specific insurance plan. If you wish to seek reimbursement for the services I provide to you, I am happy to provide a receipt (superbill) that contains the appropriate information that you submit directly to your insurance provider. Please note that superbills must include a mental health diagnosis as required by insurance.
